General Season Information
Colorado Youth Ultimate presents CYU Spring 2009 Open League. This is a high school league that plays an open format from March 5th to May 7th. Following are details on the league.

Season Information:
• High school league
• Season Start - March 5th
• Season End - May 7th
• Date(s) not Played - None
• Online UPA roster deadlines due by April 15th
• UPA State Championships May 9/10

League Format:
• Open format - no gender requirments.
All players on a team must be registered students of the same school (exceptions for league games must be cleared by the CYU committee)
NOTE: At the State Tournament NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed on this rule.  Non complience will result in a forfiture of your team for the whole tourney.

Game Times:
• Game times and locations are organized each week between teams
• Games are typically played on Thursdays at the home teams choice of field
• Games will typically be scheduled for 4:00pm

What's included with the cost:
• No cost for league play this year but a $150 state tourney fee will be collected.
NOTE: 2010 leagues will require a $100 pre-season team fee for inclusion in season league play.

CYU is always looking for reliable volunteers. If you'd like to volunteer for this season we need both students and parents to volunteer to help with the following:

• Field Set-up and take-down
• Concession
• Food
• Score reporters
